WOW uses minimal equipment… dumbbells (various weight selection) resistance bands, a stability ball or a bench.

Yes, you can definitely train from home or the gym. WOW programs are built to be done in both environments.

At the start of each month, a new training program is uploaded on my site. These are pre-recorded videos with demos of each exercise. You can view them from your phone, tablet or smart TV.
Then, each month I coach you LIVE via our Private Facebook group. This is the space where I explain each exercise and workout WITH you! These are also recorded so you can do them at your convenience.
These efficient workouts build strength and endurance and are geared specifically for maintaining lean muscle tissue for women across all age spans.
