I’m a woman who loves fitness, embraces a healthy lifestyle and is passionate about helping women like you grow stronger in body and mind!

I believe that building strength and adopting optimal nutrition habits are the keys to living a vibrant life in midlife and beyond. That’s why my mission is to create training programs, nutrition plans and positive mindset strategies to empower women to be the best versions of themselves!

I’ve had the privilege of working in the fitness industry for 30 years as a group fitness instructor, a personal trainer and a nutrition coach. My certifications include canfitpro FIS, PTS, HWL, DTS Fat Loss Coach and Precision Nutrition Coach.

Over the past 3 decades, I’ve connected with hundreds of women just like you, wanting to look better and feel better inside and out.
