November Challenge!

Heading into November…

TOGETHER!

November is here! And it’s probably one of the toughest months of the year for most of us. Darker days, less sunlight and let’s add to that a pandemic that brings on restrictions and new challenges with each passing day!

So why add another challenge Lisa ?!

Well, this one is different and hopefully one you’ll hop on and do with me.

It’s not burpees, or planks or “no sugar” yadaydayada. I seriously hate those fitness challenges only because I feel they are completely useless. So you do burpees every day for 30 days…then what?

So you cut sugar for the month? What happens the next month?

Call me crazy, but I’m a coach who always thinks in the long-term.

A short-term “challenge” will lead to fleeting results if any.

But I digress!

Back to our WOW November Accountability “Challenge”…

For the next 30 days, I’m inviting YOU to:

  • Commit to 3 workouts /week

  • Each workout is 20min long (total time 60min/week)

  • Post on FB ONE pic per week of one of your weekly workouts (either a selfie, your equipment, etc.)

  • Share a little about what you did in your workout (ie. upper body, walked on the treadmill etc.)

  • These do not have to be only WOW workouts but anything at all, from a 20min walk or run, a fitness class, a strength-training session or a WOW video!

At the end of the month, I’ll draw a prize for the WINNER.
