It’s almost 2024 & still so many women feel intimidated, out of place & afraid to hit the gym floor.

And I get it.

That was me years ago.

Until I decided to overcome my fears & step foot in that space instead of crawling back in

Random: ‘chosen without method or conscious decision’.

Random training…doing wtv exercise in any order without method or thought.
Just working out on a whim based on what you might ‘feel’ like doing on a given day.
