"Healthy" Chocolate Brownies

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Baking Chocolate

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 2 Large Avocados

  • 1/2 C Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS:

1.Stir together coconut oil and baking chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 20 sec at a time to avoid clumping.

2. Puree avocados till smooth in a separate bowl.

3. Fold melted chocolate in the avocado puree in a large mixing bowl.

4. Beat all other ingredients with an electric mixer till matter is smooth.

5. Grease a 8x8 pan and pour batter in.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30min.

7. Cool and ENJOY!
