High Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds.
Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken
Cook on medium heat until bubbly, then flip.
