High Protein Pancakes

 
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/3 cup egg whites

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds.

  • Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken

  • Cook on medium heat until bubbly, then flip.

  • This recipe is for 1 serving
