Easy Peanut Butter Protein Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS:
2 cup rolled oats
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 1/4 cups milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries to serve (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
To a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend for 8 to 10 seconds, or just until combined. Do not over-blend.
Divide the oatmeal to 8 mason jars, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with fresh strawberries and enjoy
