Easy Peanut Butter Protein Overnight Oats

 
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cup rolled oats

  • 4 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 maple syrup or honey

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 1/4 cups milk of choice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Fresh strawberries to serve (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. To a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend for 8 to 10 seconds, or just until combined. Do not over-blend.

  2. Divide the oatmeal to 8 mason jars, cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Serve with fresh strawberries and enjoy
