Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
October is the month where leaves change into vibrant colors and pumpkin everything is everywhere!
That’s why this Pumpkin Protein Smoothie is the perfect way to herald in the fall season.
Enjoy this as a breakfast option or a post-workout snack!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree unsweetened (not pie filling)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (my personal favorite Revolution Vanilla Cake)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
ice cubes (as desired)
1/2 banana (if you desire a sweeter taste and thicker texture)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients in the blender.
Mix and Enjoy!
