Tomato & Watermelon Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb. tomatoes, sliced

1/2 small seedless watermelon, rind removed, sliced

1 c. assorted colored grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Kosher salt and pepper

Crumbled feta, for serving

Basil leaves, for serving

DIRECTIONS:

Arrange sliced tomatoes and watermelon on platter. In medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste; toss with grape tomatoes. Spoon over tomato and watermelon on platter and sprinkle with feta and basil.
