No-Bake White Chocolate Protein Bark

INGREDIENTS
2 cups Vanilla Fat Free Greek Yogurt
62 grams Vanilla Protein Powder (usually 2-3 scoops)
1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp Sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Use a knife to chop the chocolate chips ( or a blender)
Mix in Greek yogurt, protein powder and chocolate chips in large bowl.
Pour the mixture on the baking sheet and spread in a thin layer.
Top with sprinkles and freeze for at least 3 hours
Break up into pieces and enjoy!
