No-Bake White Chocolate Protein Bark

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Vanilla Fat Free Greek Yogurt

  • 62 grams Vanilla Protein Powder (usually 2-3 scoops)

  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tbsp Sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

  • Use a knife to chop the chocolate chips ( or a blender)

  • Mix in Greek yogurt, protein powder and chocolate chips in large bowl.

  • Pour the mixture on the baking sheet and spread in a thin layer.

  • Top with sprinkles and freeze for at least 3 hours

  • Break up into pieces and enjoy!
